Start with the paperwork for your own system, keep it in one place, and know who installed it and when. Then keep up with maintenance, because a system that is checked and cleaned on a regular schedule is far less likely to fail on the hottest day of the year.
Our Residential Maintenance Plan
Our maintenance plan gives you 2 visits a year. It costs $199 a year for the first system and $100 for each additional system, or $19 a month for the first system and $10 a month for each additional system. During a visit we check the system, clean what needs cleaning, and give you findings in writing before any extra work starts. That record also helps if you ever need to show that the system was looked after.
Warranty Basics to Check
Read your own equipment paperwork for what is covered, for how long, and what the manufacturer asks you to do to keep coverage in place. If you are unsure, bring the paperwork to the visit and we will walk through it with you. We will not guess at coverage that is not in front of us. For repair pricing, our $99 diagnostic comes first, minor repairs run $150 to $400, and compressor and coil replacement starts at $1,485.
